General Policy: 

100 % advance to be paid towards the stay for confirmed booking and a refundable advance of Rs 2000/- to be paid per room per night towards the Extras on Check In.

Cancellation Policy: 

Before 72 hours prior from the date of check in - 100% refund. 

Within 72 hours prior from the date of check in - Full Retention. No Refund

Cancellation and No show on the same date - No Refund. 

Cancellation Policy: Festive Period 23rd December till 1st January. 

Cancel 14 days prior to arrival 50% charge of the booking amount. Cancel 7 days prior to arrival 100% charge of the booking amount. 

No show : 100% CHARGE. 

Minimum length of stay over New Year will be 2 Nights overlapping the 31st night with NO CHECK OUTS ON THE 31ST DECEMBER.
